I had the opportunity recently to attend a wafer paper flowers class taught by the lovely & talented @sweetjoy_cakes at the @crystalcandysa studio and I can’t tell you what a beautiful day it was ☺️ Being a self taught baker I obviously learn a lot from social media but what I hadn’t expected was that there are certain things you can only get to know one on one in person.
